Welcome to our Co-op Website!

Innisfree was founded in 1981, has 70 units and 134 members.

Since the founding of our co-op, we have prioritized creating a welcoming and cooperative living environment where members share responsibility and support one another. The co-op offers ample space for families and individuals to thrive, with a strong focus on community engagement and sustainable living.

We are conveniently located near a variety of amenities. Our co-op is close to several parks, including Guildwood Parkway and West Hill Park. Nearby TTC bus stops provide express service to Kennedy subway station and to the University of Toronto Scarborough Campus. Guildwood Go station is just one bus stop, a 20-minute walk, or a 5-minute drive away for quick access to the downtown core. Additionally, the Toronto Zoo is easily reachable is just a 30-minute bus ride or a 15-minute drive away. Residents also enjoy access to outdoor common areas and a party room, which are available for members to use for gatherings and events, further enhancing the community atmosphere.
